My Feng Shui mission:

• The challenge that this building, committed to sustainable construction, highlights with the delivery of the wood used for its construction transported by the Seine from Normandy, is extended with the desire for a harmonized layout of the spaces. The immense covered terrace, the jewel of the program, notably required a Feng Shui reflection on the division of spaces, the circulation of energy, the creation of private corners, and finally the natural exposure according to the types of activity planned.
• The project is at the forefront of new housing issues by providing these shared spaces, with the aim of making the experience of living at home and in the community as serene, peaceful and comfortable as possible, by combining the expert skills of My Feng Shui with the renewed vision of the relationship to space that this traditional art brings.
• My Feng Shui's intervention also covers the design and layout of the sales bubble to place potential buyers in the best possible position, through a feeling of welcome, peace and security.
